Lockhart ISD offers affordable after-school programs for students in Pre-K - 5th grade through the Kids Club program offered by the LISD Community Education Department.  Learn more about the program, including rates and registration information.

Lockhart ISD is proud to offer free content-filtered internet to students in need. This service enables students to access education-related websites to support learning. In order to sign up for Lion Link, complete this form, which will be sent to our technology department. 

 

In Lockhart ISD, we are proud to be able to offer free breakfasts and lunches to all students  pre-Kindergarten - 12th grade. For this reason, there is no need to add funds for meals.

New to Lockhart ISD? Already a Lockhart ISD family but need to register for next year? Visit the Student Online Registration page to register your child for school.

Please Note: Skyward, our student data management system, will conduct its annual rollover the week of July 19 - 23, 2021. As a result, Skyward Family and student online registration/enrollment will be closed during that week. If you have not yet registered your child for school for 2021-2022, it would be good to do so prior to the temporary shutdown of the system. Otherwise, the system will be back online Monday, July 26. 

 

In the spirit of having a “LockHeart for People,” Lockhart ISD will purchase all school supplies for students pre-Kindergarten - 12th grade! We will not be providing backpacks, so if you wish your child to have one for this year, that would be the only item you’ll need to purchase to get ready for the school year.

LISD will distribute school supplies directly to students at school when we return Wednesday, August 18. 

We cannot wait to see our Lions return for a new school year of being “Locked On Excellence!” In the meantime, we hope you continue to enjoy the summer break.
 

Students residing 2 miles or more from their school are eligible for bus transportation to and from school.  Read more about the LISD Transportation services, including contact information for the department.
