Chess Club

Sponsors: Gayle Champion and Lydia Turner

Chess Club is a club designed for students grades 1-5 who already know how to play Chess or who would like to learn how to play Chess.  The club will meet on Tuesdays this year at 7:30 a.m. in the library. We will meet promptly at 7:30.  We will not admit any students after 7:40 a.m. The club will hold meetings on Tuesdays.

Environmental Club

The Environmental Club meets once a month on the 3rd Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. in room 205.

Running Club

Sponsors: Crystal Kelley

Running Club is for students in 1st grade-5th grade. Running club meets on Thursday mornings at 7:30 on the blacktop by the gym. Parents are welcome to join their student in running club.

Student Council

Sponsors: Roy Ruis

Student Council is for students in grade 2-5. President and Secretary are 5th graders elected by their peers. Vice-President and Reporter are 4th graders elected by their peers. Each classroom selects two representatives to serve on the council. Meetings are the first Thursday of every month at 7:30 a.m. in room 129. Student Council is for responsible students who are interested in serving the school and community.
