Registration Guidelines

  • Call (512) 398-0245 to register for testing (English or Spanish).
  • Must call by noon of testing date to reserve seat (limited to 20 examinees).
  • Specify if testing in English or Spanish.
  • Indicate if this is the first time since 2001 to take a GED test
  • Indicate if this is the first time since 2003 to take a Spanish GED test

Testing Requirements

  • Candidates must bring:
    • valid ID,
    • social security card,
    • $30 per test or $15 per retake, 
    • testing eligibility verification form
  • Please note: GED candidates must meet all state requirements for the GED, or High School Equivalency Diploma
