American Society of Karate
This class teaches American Karate--with an emphasis on conditioning and self-defense.
The program is designed to develop self-confidence, self-respect, positive behavior and academic achievement.
Students will need a white uniform (gi) to participate in class. You may purchase this from the instructor.
Classes are taught by certified brown and black belt instructors.

Time: 7:30-9:00 pm for ages 13 and up

Couch Potato Basketball

Ages: 18 years or older and not attending Lockhart High School or Pride High School
