Lockhart ISD Human Resources is also extremely proud of our College Job-Related Tuition Reimbursement Program. This program is designed to encourage job-related enhancement for applicable Lockhart ISD employees. Any certified, professional employee may be reimbursed up to the maximum allowed for cost incurred in successfully securing additional training through college courses, up to an initial Master's Degree or additional teaching field certifications.
