Nutrition made easy

 
Everyone knows how important good nutrition is, but people are usually not willing to even give good nutrition a shot.  Come on now.  It's not that hard.  You'll even find some things that are rather tasty. 

The main thing about eating healthy is to not eat the same thing all the time.  Yes, there are some things you have to have daily, but you know what they say, "variety is the spice of life."  Look at the different food groups (dairy, protein, vegetables, fruit, bread and cereal, and extras) on the next few pages.  Look at the Food Guide Pyramid.   Check out the nutrition secrets section.  You might just learn a thing or two.  Who knows, you might even discover one of your old favorite foods hiding out in some nutrition corner.  Maybe you could even join the Hall of Fame by finding a new healthy food to eat.
