FABULOUS FRUITS
Fruits are sweet and delicious.  This natural sweetness
makes it perfect for snacking.  Fruit is a great source
of vitamin A (beta carotene) and vitamin C.  It also
supplies potassium and other minerals that help keep
our skin, eyes, and gums healthy.  Fruit is also a
good source of carbohydrates and fiber.


How many servings do I need to eat and how often? 2-3 servings daily
How big is a serving size? 1 medium fruit (apple, orange,    peach, banana)
1/2 c. berries or cut up fruit
1/4 c. dried fruit
6 oz. juice
