SWEETS and TREATS
The real name of this group is the extra group.
That's because these foods are not forbidden,
but should come after you get all your other
required foods for the day.  Actually, you don't
have to wait until the end of the day to eat
from this group, just make sure you don't eat
so much from this group that you don't eat the
foods your body has to have.

Foods in this group are high in overly high in
fat or sugar.  Examples are margarine, butter,
mayonaise, salad dressings, gravy, soft drinks,
candy, cookies, cakes, chips, etc.

REMEMBER, these foods contain lots of
calories and very little nutrition. Go sparingly.
