It
is a Lockhart JHS Physical Education Policy not to require 6th Grade
students to dress out. However in order to ensure safety while participating in
activities, students should wear or bring proper athletic shoes to P.E. class
every day. Tennis shoes, that have a covered toe and heel, with socks are
appropriate. Platform tennis shoes are not appropriate due to an increased
chance of ankle injuries. 3 Points will be deducted after 1 warning for
improper attire.
